Opened or used items cannot be refunded.

 • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
